IDEA2DESIGN

The first step of our journey is an idea/concept review. Our team evaluates your business concept, creates an initial roadmap, and bring all inputs together into a deliberate design walkthrough utilizing DFx experience.

LEANOVATION

Leanovation involves an initial lean assessment and includes a risk analysis and operations overview. During this step we execute lean activities based on the assessment results. We implement lean actions tailored to your product and concept. We aim for sustainable, flexible, scalable processes and always with an open mind to reach outstanding results in quality, cycle time reduction and cost development. Go to market plans are executed.

EARLY MANUFACTURING

Early manufacturing is where prototypes are built and reviewed by manufacturing specialists. All improvements are explored, documented, challenged. We plan and run pilot production, propose test, and process control alignment and review roadmaps and process path with constant feedback loops to the original design/business concept. Go to market strategies align.

PRODUCT4MARKET

In this step we finalise the execution of the Go to market plan, scaling your business ideas, applying finishing touches to your product, and launching it to the market. Our joint deliverable here is the established and robust supply chain (internal/external/hybrid) designed for your business idea success

Not sure where to start?

Tell us about your needs — we’ll guide you through it.

Yes. We often accept partially assembled units or work in progress—usually due to supply chain disruptions, quality concerns at the other vendors, or simply availability. After a thorough initial evaluation, your assembled components are smoothly integrated into our workflow, ensuring the same high quality from that time on.

Yes. Each project allows us to establish complete traceability which tracks every step from component acquisition to the final testing phase. We provide batch tracking and serial number management systems together with customized documentation that meets your specific QA requirements.

Preliminary drawings and a simple BOM are sufficient to get us started. Our engineering team can assist you in completing any missing components prior to production starting, but ideally we work with comprehensive assembly documentation (3D/CAD files, wiring diagrams, test specs).

We are adaptable. You can use a hybrid model, let us handle the entire procurement process (turnkey), or supply all parts (consignment). We have experience handling both custom and off-the-shelf components, and our supply chain network has been thoroughly vetted.

We manage engineering changes with ease. With complete transparency regarding the financial and schedule ramifications, our internal change management procedure guarantees that design updates are examined, recorded, and applied without interfering with delivery dates.
