We build custom battery power systems using branded cylindrical cells, including 18650 and 21700 formats, as well as prismatic cells based on NMC and LFP chemistries.
We can take over a selected stage or the entire process: from energy balance calculations and chemistry selection through battery architecture and BMS design to precision welding, laboratory testing and preparation for UN 38.3 certification.
Scope
We select the appropriate chemistry — high-energy NMC or durable LFP — as well as the series/parallel configuration (S/P) based on current draw, required runtime and the physical constraints of your device.
We select and program the battery management system (BMS), which protects the battery pack in real time against short circuits, overheating and overcharging while providing diagnostic data via interfaces such as CAN bus, UART or BLE.
We connect cells using controlled pulse welding processes designed to minimize thermal impact. We use flame-retardant dielectric separators, cell holders and nickel busbars designed to withstand vibration and mechanical shock.
Each battery pack is tested for actual capacity, internal resistance and performance under load. We prepare the documentation required to support compliant air and road transport.
